SUPER NORMAL

We are two people (Özge Çelebi and Edizalp Akın) who research by doing and try to find ways to convey what we have achieved. The period after the industrial design training we received was spent searching for different methods to tell the stories in our minds. The various areas we worked in were a step towards exploring these methods. As we moved around the industry, the stories in our minds began to complement each other. Our approach is mostly based on experiments and process-oriented production. We learn by doing and predict what we will achieve. Every new object we see, a place we go to, a person we meet during the process can change the outcome. We think about scenarios of possible situations we have experienced. The things we offer are usually things we collect during our breaks. So the process continues.
