ONUR KUBİLAY

Onur Kubilay has been interested in art, especially painting, since childhood. He studied Art History at Marmara University. Since 2021, he has been actively pursuing art projects under the persona of an artist. In his works, he approaches a personal journey into the past from a psychoanalytic perspective. He reflects the feelings and reflections that emerge from his explorations aimed at rationalizing and understanding his inner world, projecting them onto his paintings with a dark and pessimistic attitude. By presenting this process to the viewer in a striking manner, he aims to evoke the viewer's empathy and thus involve them in this journey.
