NAGİHAN AYDINLIK

Nagihan Aydınlık (b.1994, Istanbul) completed her undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University Communication Design department and her master's degree at Sabancı University Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design program. She has worked in different companies on experience and interface design since 2017 and continues her career in this field. She taught part-time in the field of design at Yıldız Technical University and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Sabancı University. She still continues her work as a design instructor in different institutions. The artist produces works in different media such as illustration, animation and embroidery; She generally works on topics such as the female body, women's social roles, gender inequality and social taboos. She participated in group exhibitions such as IKSV Altkat, BASE, Mixer Sessions. She held her first personal exhibition at Sabancı University Fass Art Gallery in 2021.
