MELTEM SIRTIKARA

In my recent works, I create experimental areas by floating nature and cultural objects in a network system, turning boundaries into thresholds. In this system, objects surrounding a person can develop relationships among themselves, independent of his perceptions and information categories. This may make it possible to investigate common living possibilities that can ensure the continuation of today's societies and even our species. I make the space a part of the pattern I create by using and transforming different materials, including ready-made objects.
