İLAYDA ERSALAN

She was born in Adana in 1995. She completed her first undergraduate degree in Industrial Product Design at Yeditepe University between 2013-2018. She took various art courses at her school. In addition to lithography, woodblock printing and oil painting classes, she also took courses such as World Cinema History and Turkish Cinema History. She completed her second degree in Painting at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts between 2018-2022. During this period, she continued to produce oil paintings by doing her internship at Mustafa Özel's Altamira Workshop. The disciplines she works in include charcoal, watercolor, oil painting, collage, photography, video, digital collage and digital paintings. The concepts she is interested in are; memory, infancy, mother-infant relationship, contact and the psychological effects of the past on humans.
