İrem Yüksekbilgili discusses animal matters and points out human destruction. The domination directed at this problem points to speciesism and meta notions of oppression of animal bodies and human-kind supremacy over which kind of animal we should eat, love, or despise. She emphasizes that we see animals as property and profit from them. 

Unlike anthropocentrism, animal servile values are instinctual, and the thought is that we should change through a totalistic lifestyle. 

In her projects, she tries to make ethical choices. In her works, she uses plant-based soap, imitation leather, and artificial wool. She usually produces based on her own life experiences.
