İREM NUR TAŞKIN
İrem Nur Taşkın was born in 1999 in Rize and grew up in Istanbul. She graduated from the Department of Ceramics and Glass at Marmara
University in 2024. She is currently pursuing a double major in the Department of Graphic Arts at the same university. Her artistic practice focuses on the concepts of identity, belonging, and alienation.By combining a variety of metarials-particulary ceramics and textiles- she creates original works that blend traditional production methods with contemporary approaches. She explores the interaction between material and concept and aims to deepen her practice through interdisciplinary experimentation. She lives and works in Istanbul.
