Öztekin reconsiders the phenomenon of space on the axis of silence, emptiness, time, border and rhythm. Fueled by LGBTI+ activism, the artist questions the queer potential of concepts such as in-betweenness, uncertainty and illegibility in his productions where he uses paper as the main material. These concepts, which appear as a method of reorganizing the past, turn into a form of resistance through different forms.
