BEYZA BOYNUDELİK

She was born in Istanbul. She graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting in 1999. In 2003, she completed her master's thesis titled "A Look at the Reflection of the Image from Photography to Painting" at the painting department of Mimar Sinan University. Currently, she is at the art proficiency thesis stage on the subject of "Identity Construction of the Artist Woman" in the painting department of the Fine Arts Institute of the same university. Although the majority of her production consists of paintings, she also produces works in fields such as printmaking, video, photography, sculpture and installation.

She participates in various exhibitions, projects, fairs and symposiums at home and abroad. She made productions together with "216 Thought and Production Areas" between 2009 and 2012. She still continues half of her personal projects with some initiatives, including KRE Kolektif. She lives and continues to work in Istanbul. The artist's works, which contain the contradictions that haunt her, are a reference to the potential of man to be both constructive and destructive at the same time, as she can turn herself and nature upside down. Technology-nature, human-animal and city-nature relations, which are the issues that the artist currently deals with, who constructs this contrast with the phenomenon of uniqueness and proliferation, continue to be handled in her patterns and prints. The urban people in the works, who have become almost apathetic, have forgotten real communication and become isolated, and the symbolic phenomena of the city are trying to re-communicate with nature.
