The artist, who continues to produce in Batman, has been producing "paper bricks" since 2019.
In social life, the wall, which evokes the concepts of 'belonging' regarding acceptance and/or 'exclusion' regarding rejection, brings to mind the 'part-whole' relationship and 'brick' as the parts that form the integrated wall itself.

Brick, which is a carrier and limiter as a cultural and architectural element, is dysfunctional on its own. When several of them come together, they become an object that is difficult to move. The most practical way to overcome the weight of (a) brick as an artistic object is to show/make it 'light'. It was felt that it was necessary to make this lightness perceived/questioned as a (cultural) danger.
The act of 'making paper bricks' is a form of ecological wisdom; The packaging papers thrown away from the markets, which we encounter as a ritual specific to today's consumer societies, have been viewed as (representative) source/origin/cause/result, reflecting the quality/quantity of the artistic actions of today's producer/consumer/artist subjects and the glorification of an ordinary daily object. Irony was used regarding.
The process of transforming a ream of paper into an art object served the purpose of drawing attention to the globalizing world becoming imperceptible with unstoppable technical/technological developments and the rapid depletion of natural resources. Through paper bricks, the importance of people consciously comprehending their relationship with their environment is revealed.
