Murys

Murys has been active since 2004, primarily in Istanbul and also abroad. In recent years he has been collaborating with artists locally and internationally in creating collaborative and individual works. Murys defines his name as ‘the legator’. Since he started creating, he has been using the streets, trains and different surfaces in dynamic cities in leaving his legacy to the viewer. He views the street as his exhibition space, where he creates his big scale pieces. Murys translates his big pieces into smaller scale canvas’ and, without losing sight of his discipline, carries street art into the exhibition space.
