İbrahim Gökmen

İbrahim Gökmen (1997, İzmir) graduated from Bilgi University, Department of New Media and Communication. Overwhelmed by the weight of theory in the school’s curriculum, as he was approaching his senior year, İbrahim began to discover his interest in music and decided to pursue music production. After this journey that lasted for two years, with the time he could spare for himself with his graduation, he started painting as well as producing music, and his goal for the future is to create various practices that focus on these two mediums and experiment in many other branches.

The simple style of the artist can be understood from the fact that he does not include the complexity of the figures in his works. In his works, unobtrusive contrasts can be noticed as he pays attention to the communication between figures, colors and technique.
