Damla Yücebaş
Born in 1987 in Istanbul. She completed bachelor’s degree in 2011 and master’s degree in 2016 at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Textile and Fashion Design Department. During this period, she studied as an undergraduate student at the Sculpture Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna between 2006-2008, and as an exchange student at Halle Fine Arts University in Germany in 2013. She has been working as a Research Assistant at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Textile and Fashion Design in charge of Textile Printing Studio since 2012 and continues Proficiency in Art program. In the field of artistic textile printing, she produces works with various experimental methods, mostly silkscreen printing technique.
