Artem Khaldeev

b. 1995, Yakutsk, Russia.

Artem entered the Faculty of Philology after his high school graduation but he dropped out in his last year to enter Art College. He completed his education in 2022, then moved to Istanbul.

In his artistic practice, Artem talks about himself – his experiences, his strange obsessive recurring thoughts, bright and dull emotions. The external world, environment and objects are intertwined with the internal, acquiring their own symbolistic meaning.
