Ali Kanal
Ali Kanal was born in Izmir in 1988. He completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture in 2015. He started his master’s education at Dokuz Eylül University Fine Arts Institute, Department of Sculpture in 2017. The artist, who lives in İzmir and continues to produce in the Darağaç District, where his personal workshop is located, is also a member of the Darağaç collective, which has been one of the city’s contemporary art factors since 2016 and takes its name from the neighborhood.
