Sevim Kaya

Kaya studied at Koninklijke Academia, where she went with the Erasmus program in 2012, and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts in 2013. The artist, who participated in various group exhibitions, was among the artists who found the right to exhibit in the Mamutart Project in 2018 with her works from the “What is it like to be a plant?” Series. She continues her master thesis research at Yeditepe University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Plastic Arts. Sevim Kaya, who exhibited her works at the C.A.M Gallery in Contemporary Istanbul in 2018, opened her first personal exhibition named ‘Bottom-Top-Everywhere’ in 2019 with C.A.M Gallery.She continues her work in her workshop in Kadıköy.
